Much is currently discussing aspects of academic training in engineering careers and their projection to work in industry or in advanced technical services. It is not our intention here to give guidance to the many partners already engaged in dialogue (Administration, University, Professional Associations, etc.), but to provide some perspective on the difficulties in the practice of engineering will face those who get the title academic to join or industrial activities and related services, especially when trying to adapt to a largely theoretical ordeal real world knowledge.
