Every year DYNA conducts a survey among its main interest groups: readers (L001), Authors (A001), evaluators (E001) and advertisers (P001). .

Each interest group answers a specific survey assessing the service on a numeric scale in different aspects. In this survey are also displayed open-ended questions that may include suggestions for improvement or claims.

The results of these surveys are a valuable source of information that is supplied as input to the continuous improvement system.

• Modification and simplification in the web form for sending papers
• Recruitment of search engine antiplagiarism (CrossCheck)
• Receiving the paper in free format
• Special prices for referees
• Changes in evaluator and author guides
• Design changes on the web and printed Journal
• Online paper assessment
• Free access coded link to the article, to promote the author's research
