ABSTRACTThe measurement of maintenance performance comes from a lack of basic concepts in the maintenance department of the company, and consequently, the lack of appropriate objectives emanating from the overall mission and vision towards it. It produces metrics not adapted to the real needs of the company due to the lack of knowledge about them, with a major human factor load and with no roadmap for the amount of data to collect, its processing and its use in decision making. For this purpose we propose a mixed model that combines the qualitative aspects of surveys, with the quantitative aspects of indicators, these ones grouped according to a framework in the form of balanced scorecard, adapted to the user or hierarchical level responsible for them.KEY WORDS: KPI, indicator, metric, functional safety, human factor.
