RESUMEN

Este Proyecto tiene por objeto proporcionar al Gobierno de España un instrumento que, sirviendo de marco económicamente justo para la política de Trasvases, contribuya al desarrollo económico del conjunto de sus Comunidades Autónomas incrementando su potencial energético, electrico o agrícola. El Proyecto Biowat está basado en el documento "El Biowat, divisa española de las Autonomías" presentado en Septiembre de 1995 al III Premio Círculo de Empresarios por Carmen (Ing. de Caminos), Luis (Ing. Agrónomo), Dolores (Lic. C. Físicas) y Patricia (Lic. C. Biológicas) Fort Santa-María, hijos del autor de este artículo.

ABSTRACT

The objet of this Project is to supply to the Spanish government a tool for an economically right water redistribution policy. This project will contribute to the economic development of the Spanish Autonomous Communities because the increase of their power potential, electrical or agricultural type. The Biowat Project is based in the document "El Biowat, divisa española de las Autonomías" presented in September 1995 to the III Premio Círculo de Empresarios by Carmen (Civil Enginner), Luis (Agricultural Engineer), Dolores (Physical) and Patricia (Biologist) Fort Santa-María, sons of the author of this article.
