In recent decades, the so-called knowledge economy, it has become one of the main research topics. All successful organizations and create and use knowledge as they interact with their environment, absorbtive information, turn it into knowledge and take actions based on the combination of the knowledge, experiences, values and internal rules. That is, there has been a change in the institutions as organizations has been designed to follow the authority and control to organizations based on information and knowledge specialists. In this sense, this study raises as influence the knowledge management process variables such as the support of management and the skill and technological capabilities of the company.
