The proper functioning of any kind of company greatly depends on appropriate staff management. In particular, in terms of the planning and organisation of resources in the context of the emergency department of a health centre it is of even greater importance.This document presents a report on the methodology presented in the article "Algorithms of staff management focused to the improvement of the customer service. Application to primary attention emergency services", published in the Dyna Management journal, in which management algorithms aimed at optimising human resources in primary care emergency services have been developed.Keywords: management of public services, optimisation of resources, company management, algorithms
