Technological successes achieved in our society by engineering have biological parallelisms, which take place at a molecular level in living organisms. Nowadays, these are still difficult to explain as a whole. When analyzing organic chemistry activity throughout a technical perspective, the challenges and difficulties faced to achieve their goals, we see that they are made with organization, timing, documentation, accuracy, improvement… Since these are chemical processes, ruled only by universal laws, its analysis is fascinating, sometimes unbelievable. Since the evolution of cellular and molecular biology is not governed by Darwin´s theory of Evolution, which is based on variation, survival, natural selection, and reproduction of fittest in the environment, we lack of a theory that includes the different trends that are currently accepted on evolution at molecular level. The duplication of DNA, which is explained in the article, is one of the basic biological processes that takes place in living organisms. It shows how spectacular its analysis is, since the cell lacks of an organizer or knowingly brain.Subsequently, it will be posed a decision problem associated to the genetic code of DNA and how Nature resolves the different possible options, and the interesting conclusions deduced therefrom.
