RESUMEN
Este articulo trata de un acercamiento a la Ingeniería de Organización desde una vertiente más cultural que técnica. La búsqueda explicita a través de la historia de elementos de conexión entre el jazz y la Ingeniería de Organización ha permitido generar ideas respecto al aprendizaje y la innovación
que se han mostrado de utilidad para dar explicación a planteamientos actuales de la Enseñanza y la Investigación en la Universidad española que pueden servir de reflexión para las disciplinas que en ella se enseñan.


THE ENGINEERING OF ORGANIZATION AND THE JAZZ MUSIC, TWO PRODUCTS OF CENTURY XX

ABSTRACT
This article deals with an approach to the Engineering of Organization from one more a slope more cultural than technical. The search specifies through the history of elements of connection between the jazz and the Engineering of Organization has allowed to generate ideas with respect to the learning and the innovation that have been of utility to give explanation to present expositions of Education and the Investigation in the Spanish University that can serve as reflection for the disciplines there are taught.
