People will need to update their skills to respond to the demands of the new, constantly changing labor market. Collaborative Work will benefit workers when they abandon repetitive tasks to focus on working with knowledge and Creative Thinking will become a necessity for the dignity and survival of the human species. In the university context, these results manifest the need for a more active role of teachers in promoting "micro-practices" for the success of creative collaboration.
