RESUMEN
Desde hace un tiempo, se está produciendo un cambio en la naturaleza de la economía, donde el conocimiento y la innovación se definen como los
nuevos factores competitivos. Sin embargo, el European Innovation Scoreboard de la Comisión Europea nos muestra que nuestra situación
pasará un momento crítico si no actuamos. Por ello, debemos empezar ya a promover entornos que favorezcan la construcción de, lo que algunos
están empezando a llamar la 'Sociedad de la Innovación y de la Imaginación', porque son las sociedades enteras y no solamente las empresa
las que deben innovar. Y esto hay que realizarlo bajo la perspectiva de Territorios Inteligentes, actuando sobre tres ejes fundamentales para la
innovación: las personas, la tecnología y la gestión.

ABSTRACT
For a time economic performance has been changing and nowadays Knowledge and Innovation are the new competitive factors. However,
European Innovation Scoreboard of the European Commission shows that our situation will pass a critical moment if I don´t act rigth now. Therefore,
we must start to promote environments that contribute to the creation of, it is started to call, the 'Innovation and Imagination Society'
because the entire society is the one to innovate and not just the companies. This must be done under perspective of Intelligent Territories, acting
on three central points of the innovation: People, Technology and Management.
