We live in a changing world, where phenomena such as globalisation and the unstoppable industrial revolution that comes to us through digitalisation and new technologies - Industry 4.0 - are transforming our societies in a way that is hard to imagine. Our ways of communicating and our way of relating to each other have changed at the same dizzying rate with which sectors and industries emerge or blur and, with them, professional profiles. It is necessary to see where we are heading, to live with this disruptive vertigo that surrounds us and, at the same time, to know how to take the appropriate measures to be able to make the most of it.
