ABSTRACT Many of us engaged in the Prevention of Labor Risks for years, having had to face many obstacles to exercising our profession to help to comply with the Law of Prevention of Labor Risks, disseminating the preventive culture through the workers themselves as in the employer. But the results obtained so far not satisfy us, particularly when we appreciate the degree of implementation of pre- vention in nterprises. To demonstrate to employers the importance of the Risk Assessment and the adoption of activities and preventive measures that derive from it has not been easy, but to develop and implement the Plan of Prevention. As basic tool for the integration of Prevention, guarantees that the companies do not have ny accident. This solution is a hard work since it is demanded to de- monstrate to the added value to us of the activities that we try to develop. In short, we do not must forget that the implication of the directive personnel in the companies was a basic referring to the legislator, who tried that the preventive contents comprised of the common task of all the personnel. However this is still far to achieve. Key words: Prevention, integra-tion, responsibility, ongoing improvement, enterprise, OHSAS 18001 rules, preventive culture, motivation, leathership
