When palpable truths about the economy and the way they do business fall to the depths of the wells, i believe is time to bring out, time to bring out the light that there are other ways and reach success that would be inexplicable from the gaze of the prevailing orthodoxy management. Probably from the positions of this orthodoxy cannot be found another cause more than chance; and this for eyes and minds eager to learn and develop organizations able to thrive in the current complex contexts, of course, it is not enough. For this reason, the present paper intends to, on the one hand, to defend the thesis that it is possible a company philosophy different from what - to put it very briefly and go the apology ahead by the grotesque simplification - is taught in business schools, through an example that we consider it significant and, on the other hand, focus the idea of contribution from the external consulting can be done in this field.
