General Equipment Efficiency (GEE) index allows to contrast the theoretical use of a machine with the real use given to it and thus proceed to identify possible problems and the need to implement improvement actions [1]. In order to continuously evaluate the total efficiency of a pump assembly line, a dynamic model was developed in which actions derived from failure analysis were incorporated. During the evaluation scenarios developed in the simulation, the impact of the improvements on the performance of the assembly line bottleneck station is evaluated.
