Nowadays manufacturing industries require challenging manufacturing processes with complex shapes and non-conventional materials. Manufacturing education needs to improve effectiveness on its teaching and learning approaches, besides provide better technologies for these students and incorporate the required learning tools and contents in developing their labor competences Manufacturing sector requires a CNC usage with 4 or more axis; in this paper it proposes a methodology for enabling a 3 axis Mill CNC machine to work in a synchronized operation with 5 axis. This methodology is evaluated with an emulation of two servomotors working together in a full synchronization with the 3 axis factory defined Mill CNC machine. For validating the proposed methodology, CNC machining trajectories were simulated. Those trajectories were the results of the CAD-CAM simulation and the obtained NC program from the code converter which was created for this paper. Keywords: CNC, Mill, multi axis, machining, emulation.
