Ten years ago, there was at the School of Industrial Engineers in Madrid an Association of Motor-Free Flights as a section of the Association of students of that school.
For the aforementioned Association, the one who wrote this, who was one of its founders, projected an airplane without a sailboat-type engine, a project that, having developed during the last year of the race, deserved to be considered by the School as a revitalized one. With the moral and material support of the School, the sailboat was built at times lost by the students belonging to the Flying Association and at the end of the course, the "Industrial Engineer" that this is the name given to the brand new non-powered airplane , I was ready
