Production systems have evolved in the course of these last few years, being the supply-chain management an issue that is becoming more and more interest to integrate in the decision-making the main entities that comprise it. It is as well, as companies decide to regroup in the same department all the functions that deal with physical flows: provisioning, management of production and logistics, thereby expanding the concept of integrated logistics toward one in which the whole organization of the company is thought of as a flow. In order to obtain an optimal solution for the integrated supply chain, not losing sight of the coherence between its parts.Keywords: hierarchical production planning, master production schedule, supply chain management
