Corrosion of metals is a problem that touches all industries closely and is a cause for concern about the consequences of all orders that it gives rise to. In chemical industries, the question is of a more general interest, as it affects not only the conservation of the material in its dual aspect - economic, in terms of the renovation of unused apparatus and structures and the security compromised by the premature destruction of Resistant elements, but also because salts derived from the attacked metals are impurities introduced into the products obtained, with which they are brought into contact during manufacture.
