DYNA Journal, in collaboration with guest editors from the UPV/EHU and Tecnun (University of Navarra), invites you to submit papers that rigorously show new concepts, developments and complete and commented state of the art, referring to the phenomenon of energy and climate change, which will be published in a special issue in November this year 2020.
Guest editors: • Dr. Jesús María Blanco, University Professor at the School of Engineering of Bilbao, Department of Nuclear Engineering and Fluid Mechanics, University of the Basque Country • Dr. Juan Carlos Ramos, Permanent University Professor at the School of Engineering of San Sebastian (TECNUN), Department of Mechanical and Materials Engineering, University of Navarra. DYNA Journal is the official organ of science and technology of the Federation of Associations of Industrial Engineers of Spain and has an impact factor of JCR= 0.629. It has a strong connection with the industry and various related areas of technology. It is also considered a channel for the dissemination of contrasting results and technological excellence. This issue includes topics such as:
• New developments in onshore wind energy • New developments in off-shore wind energy • Advances in marine renewable energy: wave and current energy • New strategies for environmental impact assessment of renewable energy facilities • New materials in the development of renewable energies • Energy storage (batteries, supercapacitors, inertial, pumping, etc.). • Hydrogen as a vector of energy storage and use • Integration of renewable energies in the electricity generation mix • Valuation of investments in renewable energies • Smart Grids • Electric vehicle • Energy efficiency in industrial facilities and building • Evaluation of the environmental and energy impact of industrial facilities • Impact of covid-19 on energy and climate change It is understood that the works to be presented must contain a scientific value that stands out from the state of the art, providing originality, usefulness, clarity and well-founded conclusions, following the style of recognized scientific journals. Review articles are accepted if they involve the bibliographic exposure of a technology in a critical and analyzed way.
