ABSTRACT: The internal dynamic systems viewed as Black Boxes (BB) are unknown and could be described by identification processes between the relationship their inputs and outputs. Within this work, an application of a vectorial estimation filter is presented, to obtain the parameters described through BB system considering the stochastic gradient and the second probability moment. The estimation results are applied to a first order identifier, obtaining convergence measurements using the functional error. The considered reference system is the 1RTH amino acid sequence given in characters, which is the A chain from the Inverse Transcriptase HIV1 molecule. The identification percentage is obtained from the reference reconstruction, showing that these Biological signals could be reconstructed from estimation and identification adaptation, which would help to create synthetic signals data bases or into classification problems, once the convergence rate tends to zero. Keywords: Estimation, identification, amino acid sequence, error functional, second probability moment.
