PRODUCTION OF GRAPHENE AND HYDROGEN FROM PLASTIC WASTE Exactly 3 years ago, a paper entitled "Microwave-initiated catalytic deconstruction of plastic waste into hydrogen and high-value carbons" was published in Nature Catalysis, showing how a mixture of shredded plastics containing aluminium and iron oxides as catalysts was able to reach very high temperatures and produce hydrogen and carbon nanotubes by means of a high-power microwave treatment.

THE EVENTFUL LIFE OF BITCOIN Although there are currently many so-called "cryptocurrencies" and even with higher assets, there is no doubt that its initiator, symbol and paradigm, not only as a virtual currency, but also of the accompanying information technology (blockchain), is the so-called BITCOIN. TOWARDS A EUROPEAN LAW ON ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE Given the position of many European groups on the need to regulate the use and application of Artificial Intelligence systems in Europe (see DYNA News, https://www.revistadyna.com/noticias-de-ingenieria/suspension-temporal-del-desarrollo-de-inteligencia-artificial), the Community has warned that it has been considering this problem since 2019 and defining the lines of action to promote a law in its field of competence.
