The plastic injection process is one of the most complex processes and with the greatest variation due to the great diversity of variables that interact with each other, but it is of great interest since it allows to produce everything from basic products such as kitchen utensils to medical articles. This
project was carried out in the molding area of an electronic company that produces timers to save energy and waterproof covers to protect electrical outlets installed outside. This study is focused on identifying through the 6 Sigma DMAMC methodology (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control)
