ABSTRACT:
A technological proposal framed in the cruise sector is presented under the industry 4.0. paradigm for its application to the tourist industry. The main objective is to detect the shortcomings and/or needs of users, and propose a solution that, through the implementation of technological facilitators, allows investment in technological improvement to be made in the direction of maximum gradient.
In this way, the expectations and satisfaction of passengers on services on board passenger ships are analyzed. To this end, a platform based on new technologies is proposed. It measures habits, routines and trends regarding the consumption of passengers when embarking on a cruise, interrelating the expectations and emotions of the same with the choice and final satisfaction.
The mentioned application is a flexible and sustainable choice for the passenger when interacting touristically with the port of call (smart city) that provides improvements to passenger service, fidelity guarantees for the shipping company and reliable management of the flow of the passenger in smart city"
