This article presents a procedure to define the production strategy that can be followed by companies in the sector of automotive equipment and components and in particular the Tier-1, in such a way as to increase their competitiveness. Two results have been presented; An overall project strategy, planning and control procedure for the automotive components and equipment manufacturing company, which allows for budgetary stability over an average period of 3-5 years, and the implementation of the Production for this type of company, which allows control over the production process adjusted to the company's balance sheet.
