RESUMEN La Cibernética Organizacional y en particular el Modelo de Sistemas Viables describen las condiciones necesarias y suficientes para que una organización (o empresa) sea viable. Cuando éstas no se cumplen las consecuencias según la gravedad de la carencia son un inadecuado funcionamiento o incluso la desaparición de la organización. En este trabajo se describen algunas de las patologías más frecuentes que caracterizan diversas formas de incumplimiento de los requisitos para la viabilidad planteados por el MSV.
APPLICATION OF ORGANIZATIONAL CYBERNETICS TO STUDY THE VIABILITY OF ORGANIZATIONS. FREQUENT ORGANIZATIONAL PATHOLOGIES
ABSTRACT Organizational Cybernetics and the Viable Model System in particular describe the sufficient necessary con-ditions for organization or company viability. When these are not fulfilled the organization does not work properly and depending on the severity of the dysfunction, their very existence may be in danger even. This work uses the VSM to identify and describe some of the most frequent organizational pathologies.
